Lucille is a graphic designer, web developer, and entrepreneur based in London, England, UK. She has created hundreds of websites and blog designs, while also serving as Director of Design & Marketing for Reece’s Rainbow. Her work ranges from fully customised websites and WordPress builds to affordable web solutions for charities and ministries.
Lucille also serves on the Boards of Care For Kids International, Rescue The Poor Uganda/US, and Child Care Empowerment Uganda—ministries dedicated to serving orphaned and vulnerable children.
Her design work has been recognised internationally. In 2025, she was named Most Influential Global Humanitarian Businesswoman by the AI Influential Businesswoman Awards. In 2024, she was honoured as Charity Sector Marketing & Design Businesswoman of the Year by the AI Influential Businesswoman Awards, and Best Humanitarian Organisation Brand Design Specialist by the MarTech Awards Innovation in Business.
Also in 2025, Lucille, through Poppies Blooming, launched an initiative to support ministries called Brighter Future Foundation.
Lucille holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from Balliol College, University of Oxford, complemented by specialised courses in art and design and creative technologies. She is proficient in HTML5 • CSS3 • JavaScript • PHP (WordPress) • Responsive Design • UI/UX • Animation • Plugin Development • Ruby on Rails, and more. She is also a qualified Front-End Developer, WordPress Developer, and UI/UX Designer.
Although based in the United Kingdom, Lucille’s design work is international. Her web and graphic designs have been featured on ABC World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer and The Glenn Beck Program.
