Lucille is a graphic designer, web developer and entrepreneur in London, England, UK. She has done hundreds of websites and blog designs while also working for Reece’s Rainbow as their Director of Design & Marketing, and offers anything from fully customised websites or custom WordPress sites to affordable web design for charities and ministries.

Lucille is also on the Board of Child Care Empowerment Uganda and works with Rescue The Poor Uganda and US. Both Ugandan ministries serve orphaned or vulnerable children in Uganda. 


Her design work has been recognised as one of the Top UK Graphic Designers by IPSE and one of the Top London artists and writers by City Academy.


Lucille is proficient in HTML • HTML5 • CSS • CSS3 • PHP • MySql • and Ruby on Rails.


Lucille is English and still lives in the United Kingdom, though her work is international. Some of her web and graphic designs have been included in featured segments on ABC World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer and Glenn Beck.
